Fall River Valley, nestled between the Sierra Nevada and Cascade Mountains in the Northeastern corner of California, remains a picturesque, unspoiled and relatively undiscovered area of the Golden State.
This lush Valley, which begins about 70 miles East of Redding on HWY 299E, affords panoramic views of Mt. Lassen National Park to the Southwest and Mt. Shasta to the Northwest.

The average Valley elevation of 3200 feet provides a temperate summer climate of 40-95 degrees and winter temperatures from 32-50 degrees.  The average snowfall of 14 inches seldom stays long. The communities of the Fall River Valley offer complete Public services plus shopping, health care, Senior services and many more.   The schools are some of the best in Shasta County.  There is also diversified industry and agriculture in the Valley.   Year around recreation plays a big part in the Fall River Valley lifestyle.  Snow and water sports, hunting, fishing and game birds, golf, biking and photography, hiking and camping are just some of the many outdoor activities available.  And don't forget the museum, playhouse, theater, clubs, organizations and special events found in the Valley!
The Fall River Valley communities offer all the amenities of the big metropolitan cities but none of the confusion, stress or fast pace.
